Assessment

If you’re planning on personalized coaching or want to join one of the group classes; we’ll have to go through an assessment so I can see where you’re at and you can get an understanding of the training format.

This first session goes through some staple exercises and an in-depth explanation of the system so take down notes and don’t hesitate to ask questions!


Personal Coaching

When it comes to personalized results and effective methodological communication; nothing compares to private instruction. With personal coaching you will learn much faster and more efficiently. You’ll also get customized programming to go along with your in-person training.

There’s no question that private coaching is the absolute BEST way to progress. If you have specific goals or have sensitive areas of the body then a one-on-one training routine is what you need.


Group Coaching / Programming

We run sessions and packages for:

  • One-to-one personal training (most comprehensive and in-depth personalized option)

  • Small groups of 2-4 trainees / students (best combination of customized programming and group motivation; smartest move for serious athletes)

  • Large groups of 5-20 students (best option for entire teams)

Sign up for single sessions or packages and keep the training going! With personal / semi-personal coaching there is far more detail built in to ensure the best results possible. Expect in-depth assessments, online support (videos, coaching, etc.), nutrition counseling, advanced joint mobility / stability programs, targeted flexibility protocols for individuals and sports, and access to my personal lines of communication.
