APEX Summer Challenge
Summer training cycle: 12-weeks of peaking your conditioning and performance. Calisthenics are the base alongside cardio of your choice and dedicated eating strategies optimized for the heat of summer. Week 13 is the reset protocol.
TEMPER Fall Challenge
Fall training cycle: 12-weeks of adapting to heavier lifts and CNS neural adaptations. A hybrid program that blends calisthenics, bodyweight, sandbags and/or barbells. Week 13 is the reset protocol.
FORGE Winter Challenge
Winter training cycle: 12-weeks of finding your “maximum” effort (at your level) with sandbags, barbells and kettlebells + unique conditioning ideas. Week 13 is the reset protocol.
